Q: 'Can I just buy the essential oils that I see on Amazon or at Target/Walmart?'
A: You can, BUT I do not recommend it and I will not know how to educate you. Young Living essential oils are very different and of much higher quality. I do not feel comfortable giving advice about any other brand other than Young Living, so just keep that in mind. Young Living essential oils are from plants and plants only.
From the soil, to the seed, to growing practices, to harvesting times and practices, to distillation times and temperatures - these are all factors that can change the chemical constituents found in a plant's essential oil. Each plant species contains many different chemical constituents - and each constituent has different properties and benefits. From anti-inflammatory properties to cleansing properties to anti-bacterial properties - plant constituents are AMAZING.

Young Living owns their own farms and they work closely with partner farms all over the world - you just have to click around on our website to see pictures of our beautiful farms. Farmers, agronomists and scientists work together to ensure that our essential oils are coming from the healthiest plants possible - free of synthetic pesticides and herbicides. In fact, Young Living requires better than organic standards. Preserving those precious constituents so that you are getting the maximum benefits is YL's top priority.

Q: Can I get the 24% discount on Young Living products without becoming a brand partner/doing the biz? And how?
A: YES! YES! YES! Most of my customers are NOT brand partners - they just enjoy the discount and products. You can unlock the 24% discount by purchasing a starter bundle OR by ordering 100 PV in products, OR by putting something (any amount) on Subscribe to Save. You could literally put a lip balm that costs $5 on Subscribe to Save and get the 24% discount.

Q: What is PV??
A: PV stands for Product Value. Generally, 1 PV = $1 but there are some exceptions. For instance, diffusers and other accessories will have a lower PV than $ amount.

Q: Are the starter bundles only for people wanting to build a business with Young Living?
A: No! This is a common misconception. In my opinion, everyone ordering from Young Living should make one of the starter bundles their first purchase. Why? Think of them as well-rounded tool boxes that will jump start your wellness journey via essential oils and plant-based products. Buying just one or two oils isn't going to help you very much. You're not locked in to anything when you purchase a starter bundle - there are no monthly minimums, no biz pressure, etc.!

Q: You said there are no monthly minimums, so what is Subscribe to Save?
A: Subscribe to Save (STS) is our optional subscription box. You can opt in or out anytime! If you're looking to switch over your household products to plant-based, safer options, STS is the best way to do it. Why? Because you'll get 24% off AND you'll earn money back on everything you purchase. There are also free gifts with purchase depending on how much you spend. Q: Will I be pressured into building a Young Living business?
A: Absolutely not!! That is NOT how I roll. Again, most of my Young Living customers just enjoying using the essential oils and products! The opportunity is always available, but only if you want it.

Q: I don't know how to use essential oils. How will I know what to do with them?
A: I'm going to help you! I am here to answer every question you have (if I don't know the answer, I will get back to you!) My passion is education. I will hook you up with some resources and goodies to help you make the most of our starter kit and then be here waiting when you're ready for more! Young Living also offers SO many different resources to help you!

Q: Does it really matter what products I use?
A: I'm not going to skirt around this question. Yes, it absolutely matters!! There are so many crazy ingredients in the products on store shelves. Ingredients that have been banned in other countries. Ingredients that cause skin and eye irritation, induce asthma, cause respiratory issues, depress your immune system, and can potentially cause some major health issues. You and your family are worth the switch to safer, healthier products!
