What's so special about Savvy Minerals? If you love the Young Living lifestyle, you know that all of our products are Seed to Seal verified. Not only are the ingredients super safe and beneficial for your skin, but they are also obtained sustainably and ethically. Did you know that we have banned even more ingredients than the European Union (1,328)?? Savvy Minerals has banned 2,500 ingredients and even some "natural ingredients" other clean makeup companies use??

Maybe you're curious about what is in your regular makeup. Have you even looked at the ingredients? You should. Many ingredients can be absorbed into your skin and bloodstream. You may see small health issues here and there...or it could lead to much bigger health issues overtime.

Here's what you WON'T find in Savvy Minerals products:

NO PETROCHEMICALS, including mineral oils made from petroleum that may cause breakouts, premature aging, and negatively affect your hormones and immune system. No MAMA has time for any of that! You might see ingredients such as PEG/polyethylene glycol, Mineral Oil, Toluene, Benzene, DEA/MEA, EDTA, and anything starting with propyl-. (Petrochemicals are found in many commonly available lotions, creams, ointments, and cosmetics.) Also, many of the ingredients hidden in the word 'fragrance' or 'parfum' are petrochemicals.
NO TALC, which can cause skin irritation, organ system toxicity (lungs, ovaries), and is a known carcinogen.
(Talc is found in many commonly available eyeshadow, blush, foundation, and face powder.)
NO PARABENS, which are known carcinogens (linked to skin cancer). It is another reproductive and development toxin. Look for ingredients that end in -paraben.
NO PHTHALATES (listed as DEP, DBP, & DEHP on labels), which are toxic to the reproductive system and affect development. For those of you thinking about having children or trying, please keep in mind Phthalates also disrupt your endocrine system and are known carcinogens.

-NO bismuth - a popular filler found in makeup that causes skin irritation.
